Basic Synthetic Program

A four step fertilizing program combined with:
• One application of crabgrass control
• Spot weed control on the second visit
• Preventative insect control
• Limestone to maintain optimal soil conditions

Mid Level Synthetic Program

A FIVE step fertilizing program combined with:
• TWO applications of crabgrass control
• Preventative insect control
• Limestone to maintain optimal soil conditions
• Spot control of weeds, insects, and diseases at each visit
• Single core aeration to reduce thatch, soil compaction, and improve the flow of water and nutrients to the root zone

Full Synthetic Program

A FIVE step fertilizing program combined with:
• TWO applications of crabgrass control
• Preventative insect control
• Limestone to maintain optimal soil conditions
• Spot control of weeds, insects, and diseases at each visit
• DOUBLE core aeration to reduce thatch, soil compaction, and improve the flow of water and nutrients to the root zone
• Overseed entire lawn to fill in thin or bare areas

100% Natural, Pesticide Free Program

A four step organic fertilizing program combined with:
• Four applications of corn gluten for pre-emergent weed control
• Kelp & calcium for plant growth and development
• 16 micronutrients and 17 amino acids not present in chemical fertilizers
• Accelerates the breakdown of pesticide residue & adds organic matter
• Limestone to maintain optimal soil conditions • DOUBLE core aeration to reduce thatch, soil compaction, and improve the flow of water and nutrients to the root zone.

Partially Organic Program

The same program as above, but a small amount of pesticides will be used in small quantities only when needed for better weed control.
